1. Sovereign Architecture & Zero Data Leakage Principle
PakVisionAI operates on a strict non-exfiltration mandate. When deploying Enterprise RAG, Edge CCTV Video Analytics, or Autonomous Agentic AI, client data—including documents, RTSP video streams, call transcripts, and internal database records—is processed strictly inside the client's designated on-premises datacenter or private virtual cloud in Pakistan.
We do NOT transmit proprietary client telemetry, prompts, or weights to external third-party public API providers.
2. Model Training Exclusions
Client data processed by PakVisionAI systems is never used to train, refine, or fine-tune public baseline foundation models. Custom fine-tuning performed for a client remains the exclusive intellectual property of that client.
3. CCTV Video Stream Governance
Video inference executed by PakVision EdgeSight™ occurs at the edge appliance level. Continuous full-frame video is never uploaded to the cloud; only structured incident metadata (e.g. timestamp, plate number, confidence score) and single-frame evidentiary snapshots are saved according to client-defined retention policies.

Our infrastructure configurations comply with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Framework for Risk Management in Outsourcing, SBP Cybersecurity Guidelines, and the National Personal Data Protection regulations.
