1. Where Your Data Lives, and Why It Stays There
PakVisionAI operates on a strict no-data-export policy. When deploying company document search, CCTV video analytics or automated workflows, client data — documents, camera footage, call transcripts and internal records — is processed strictly inside the client's own data centre or private cloud in Pakistan.
We do NOT send your data, your questions, or your trained models to any outside service.
2. Model Training Exclusions
Client data processed by PakVisionAI systems is never used to train, refine, or fine-tune public baseline foundation models. Custom fine-tuning performed for a client remains the exclusive intellectual property of that client.
3. CCTV Video Stream Governance
Video analysis by PakVision EdgeSight™ happens on the appliance at your own site. Continuous full-frame video is never uploaded to the cloud; only structured incident metadata (e.g. timestamp, plate number, confidence score) and single-frame evidentiary snapshots are saved according to client-defined retention policies.

Our infrastructure configurations comply with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Framework for Risk Management in Outsourcing, SBP Cybersecurity Guidelines, and the National Personal Data Protection regulations.
