1. Enterprise Engagement Scope
These terms govern all Proof-of-Concept (PoC) agreements, production deployments, and maintenance retainers executed between PakVisionAI Technologies (Pvt) Ltd and enterprise clients across Pakistan and international jurisdictions.
2. High-Availability Uptime SLA
For on-premises high-availability clusters and managed edge nodes, PakVisionAI provides a guaranteed 99.9% uptime SLA for inference availability, backed by local field support teams in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All client proprietary knowledge bases, vector embeddings, and domain-specific dataset annotations remain the exclusive property of the client. Core foundational inference engines and proprietary model architectures remain the intellectual property of PakVisionAI Technologies (Pvt) Ltd.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms and related enterprise agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
