Cloud video surveillance and hybrid recording

Connect video intelligence to a storage design that fits the enterprise. PakVisionAI evaluates on-premises, private-cloud and hybrid options alongside processing and data access requirements.

Compare recording options

Local recording can continue without a working internet uplink when local power and networking remain available. Cloud recording depends on an upload path and a contracted storage service. A hybrid arrangement can combine local continuity with centrally accessible evidence; recovery and synchronization must be tested.

Size storage and connectivity

Retention depends on camera count, average video bitrate, hours recorded and recording days. As an illustration, one continuous 2 Mbps stream uses about 21.6 GB per day before overhead; 16 such streams need roughly 10.4 TB for 30 days. Measure actual rates and add capacity for the agreed storage design.

Define access and retention

Specify storage region, encryption in transit and at rest, access roles, deletion schedules and export rights. Confirm key management and backup restoration. Encryption alone does not mean that only your team can access footage, and a backup copy needs its own retention policy.

Questions before you decide

Can recording continue during an internet outage?

Local recording may continue if the cameras, recorder, network and power remain available. Cloud recovery and later synchronization depend on the chosen product and must be demonstrated.

How do I prepare a PakVisionAI assessment?

Share your site location, camera count, equipment models and priority outcome. PakVisionAI frames the discussion around AI camera intelligence, enterprise integration and measured pilots. Confirm installation coverage and local attendance for your address before agreeing a schedule.
